Does project representation include technical site supervision?

Technical site supervision can be arranged where required, but it is normally defined under a separate specialist scope. China Project Representation primarily focuses on client-side communication, coordination, follow-up and local project visibility.

Can you support a single site visit or meeting?

Yes. We can provide support for a one-off shipyard visit, supplier meeting, project inspection, milestone event or issue-specific follow-up assignment.

How often will we receive project updates?

Reporting frequency is agreed at the start of the engagement. Depending on project needs, updates can be provided after each site visit, weekly, bi-weekly or at key project milestones.

Do you take responsibility for the shipyard’s or supplier’s work?

No. The shipyard, supplier or contractor remains responsible for its own contractual and technical obligations. Our role is to represent the client’s interests locally, provide timely information and follow up on agreed actions.
