We Agility Marine finished the CFD calculation for domestic yard JC Marine. Our scope of work include CFD calculation for resistance and also speed prediction of the 11m boat, results shows that when fully loaded with 7 metric ton cargo, the boat can also cruise at a speed of 40kn. Agility Marine also provide comments to the hull so that the boat can have a better performance. The project AJ1122 was successfully delivered yesterday, according to sea trial record, the boat is able to cruise at 39kn while equipped with  250hp*3 outboard engine. We Agility Marine finished a design for Guangzhou Junfan Shipping Engineering Co.Ltd for a inlet pipe and its support structure. As per client's requirement, the following design and verification are carried out: the outlet pressure decrease shall be more than 15% when compared with inlet pressure, while the piping shall have adequate strength to withstand the load caused by fluid. Agility Marine has finished the design progress of a new 14m aluminum boat, which is now under construction and to be delivered next month. The new boat is already classed with ZC and afterwards will be sent to CCS for approval also. Besides class approval documents, Agility Marine also made a structure strength evaluation/CFD calc. for the boat, where results shows the structure is capable of withstanding the load according to class rules. After days of hard working, we Agility Marine successfully delivered to owner a structure analysis report, which is made to evaluate the structure strength of 2 skid after collision at a certain speed. The results shows that the stress level is under the design criteria required by owner. Agility Marine has finished the concept design for the new concept fish farm, which will be deployed by mooring 6 mile near shore. Although the boat is to be categorized into yacht, we have finished the design of this boat based on our rich project experience with in ship design. The dimension of this boat : Loa=14m, Breadth=3.2m Depth=0.85m Class of this boat is ZC. Agility Marine is now working with domestic yard to meet the needs and requirement from clients, hopefully we will make a good presence in yacht design business.

Here we Agility Marine designed the 14m working boat, type III according to ZC class rules, successfully delivered in Yantai City. The boat is intend to cruise 20 nmile ashore and in the sea trial our boat shows good stability and ability to run at a high speed @ 37kn.
